Western Stripping Buffer allows removing primary and secondary antibodies from probed membranes without removing or damaging the immobilized antigen.
It permits more time efficient experiments that use less sample by reusing membrane without having to re-run gels and blots. In sipmle words Western Blot Stripping Buffer is a gentle method for breaking antibody-antigen interactions to allow nitrocellulose and PVDF membranes to be reprobed several times using different antibodies, saving time and conserving samples. Ideal for use with chemiluminescent substrates. Used without dilution.
