Returns Replacement
Refund :
- All refund or replacement cases will be processed as per the below below terms and conditions. Buyer and Supplier both shall be in agreement with these these terms. Buyer will not be eligible for refund or replacement. in case the complaint is baseless, false, meaningless regrading cancellation, quality ,delivery or any related issue/s..
- eBiostore does not process any order if essential relevant documents are not provided to prove that you belong to an Institute/ company or eligible entity or an individual to purchase and use such goods for intended purpose of the product.
- If the order is placed by mistake or with malicious intention or could not prove the identity and authority of the buyer during post order, in such cases 5% ( Five Percent ) fees will be deducted from the total amount paid to ebiostore against your placed order.
Cancellation :
- Order can not be cancelled once placed.
- In case If the buyer cancels the order within 24 hours of placing to ebiostore then 5% of the fees will be deducted from total amount during refund.
- Any order cancelled after 24 hours can not be cancelled. No order will be cancelled for any reason or before the material is shipped.
- If the buyer places the order and supplier does not ship the material within the stipulated time then the entire amount will be refunded within 8 working days.
- If the buyer wants to return the material after placing order, then it should be supported with the valid reason of return. In case of any manufacturing defect or malfunction or if product is not as per the order in such case ebiostore will accept the claim and refund entire amount to buyer.
- Refund will be made within 8 working days after receipt of the rejected material from customer side in good condition at the suppliers warehouse.
- If the supplier sends wrong product, then the same should be intimated to us within 7 days from the receipt of the material. The supplier will send the replacement at no extra cost as soon as the product is available in stock and wrong product is received at our warehouse.
- If customer wish to cancel the order then entire amount will be refunded.
- If the supplier sends incomplete order, same should be intimated to us within 7 days of receipt of material at your end. The supplier will then supply the remaining material in stipulated time. If the remaining material is not supplied in given time then supplier will refund the amount ( Partial) equivalent to remaining products.
- If the supplier supplies, broken/ damaged/defective/expired product or if the product is not meeting technical specifications, then the same should be intimated to us within 7 days of receipt of material at your end along with pictures/images. The supplier will offer a free of cost replacement. If the supplier does not have a suitable replacement and buyer wish to cancel the order then the entire amount will be refunded
- Once the return of a Product is duly accepted by Supplier and value is declared in such case payment will be refunded to the account used by Buyer during the process of payment while ordering or instrument / cheque can be issued to the said account. Supplier will prefer to return the amount to same account from which it originated.
- In case the buyer purchases any products offline from the supplier, then this return policy is not applicable and further ebiostore is not responsible or liable for any claim/damages etc. The buyer will have to negotiate directly with the supplier for any claims/disputes.

By when can items be returned?
In case, the buyer receives the goods in Damaged/ Defective or any condition mentioned above, one can intimate us and and place a return request within 7 days after receipt of the goods at your end.
What is the return process?
To return the product, you can send us an email at infor@ebiostore.com with the below details.
- ebiostore Order ID
- Valid reason of returning the goods with image /photo
- Clear Images /photos showing a damage / missing product in the order.
- Any other relevant documents or proof that will expedite the decision regarding your return request
Once the request is received at our end, ebiostore team will confirm the return request and will further inform you about the return process. It is requested that the goods to be returned are properly packaged and send us back within stipulated time. The final decision of the return request lies with ebiostore.
Please ensure that the product which needs to be returned is in unopened ,unused and in original packing condition, along with seal unbroken and includes everything in original in the package e.g. price tags, labels, original packing, invoice and other items.
Once your return request is accepted by ebiostore the concluded refund amount (except the Internet handling fees as mentioned above in specific cases) will be returned back to your account through NEFT/RTGS within 08 working days after the receipt of returned product at our warehouse.
Can you replace the product?
Product can be replaced if a wrong/damaged/defective/expired product has been delivered. Following terms shall be applicable.
- Replacements will depend on the availability of the item with the supplier.
- Replacement process will begin after the returned product is received by the supplier
- In case the replacement item is out of stock for longer or indefinite time , your order amount shall be refunded
Can I cancel the order?
You can cancel the order 24 hours after the order is placed as long as the material is not shipped by the seller. To cancel the order, you will need to email us @ebiostore@bioresourcebiotech.com stating the order ID. After your request, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order. The same will be notified to you by email. We will deduct a fee of 5% of the total order value before refunding the amount. Please note the refund process will take 8 working days.
We take the goods return only against the below reasons.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
