Job Description
- Answering the techno-commercial queries from the customers.
- Preparing Quotations, Rate contracts, tenders and Follow up of Quotation receipts and orders.
- Analysis of daily reports of the sales team, promoting the offers to the customers, maintaining the business record, Official communications.
- Strong communication with the customer. Proper and accurate reply to the customers in a stipulated timekeeping
- Proper coordination, strategic discussions, direction to the field people.
- Communication with the manufacturers.
- Sending technical mailers to the customer periodically for new products as and when come.
- Communication, Coordination and achieving the team goal set by team.

- Lead, Quotation, Tenders, follow ups.
- Daily discussion with sales Team in the evening to get the updates on happenings.
- Arranging the weekly sales Meeting, Maintaining weekly achievements, weekly forecasts, weekly work planning.
- Close watch on weekly / Monthly business Targets, Forecasting and fall back arrangement for deficit.
