Tris-Tricine Anode Buffer provides for convenient running of SDS-PAGE gels. This electrode buffer was designed for use with gels containing Trisacetate buffer.
The buffer consists of Tris Base & Tricine in recommended concentrations. The buffer is supplied in 10x concentrate and should be diluted prior to use in electrophoresis.
