Tris-MOPS [10x]

10x Tis-MOS buffer is mainly composed of Tris, MOPS, EDTA, and SDS. It is often used for preparing RNA and Protein electrophoresis buffers. In protein electrophoresis it is applied as a running buffer for bis-tris gels; suitable for separating 14-200kd protein.
