Tris-Glycine Gel Running Buffer [5x]

Tris-Glycine Gel Buffer is intended for use as the running buffer in SDS-PAGE of proteins. it is the most commonly used as the electrophoresis buffer during the stacking and resolving process of SDS-PAGE.

The buffer consists of Tris Base, Glycine & SDS in recommended concentrations. The buffer is supplied in 5x concentrate and should be diluted prior to use in electrophoresis.
