The Total Protein Extraction kit is designed to extract total protein from tissues and cells for the SDS-PAGE analysis.
The kit is suitable for animal, plant, yeast, bacteria, and other biological samples. The lysis solution contains protease inhibitors and phosphatase inhibitors, which could be used to obtain the total protein quickly. The kit is ideal for Western blot experiments and other basic research; it is not recommended for protein kinase and phosphokinase.
