TBST Buffer [10x] (Powder)

TBST buffer is an isotonic buffer, mainly used for immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization, enzyme-linked immunoassay, etc., to clean the non-specifically bound antibodies. A stable pH buffer system consists of Tris-HCl and Sodium Chloride, which provides isotonic conditions and also includes the Tween-20 which acts as a detergent to increase the buffer's ability to elute.

The buffer consists Tris-Hcl, Sodium Chloride, and Tween-20 in recommended concentration.
