TBS Buffer [20x] - Western blot Reagent
TBS buffer is an isotonic buffer, mainly used for immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization, enzyme-linked immunoassay, etc., to clean the non-specifically bound antibodies. A stable pH buffer system consists of Tris-HCl, which provides isotonic conditions.
The buffer consists Tris-Base and Sodium Chloride in recommended concentration. The buffer is supplied as a 20x concentrate and it should be diluted prior to use.
