TBS Buffer [1x] (Powder)

TBS buffer is an isotonic buffer, mainly used for immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization, enzyme-linked immunoassay, etc., to clean the non-specifically bound antibodies. A stable pH buffer system consists of Tris-HCl, which provides isotonic conditions.

The buffer consist Tris-Base and Sodium Chloride in recommended concentration.
