BOINEER’sStreptavidin Magnetic Beadsare coated with high-density Streptavidin on the surface of Silica Magnetic Beads. Depending on the size, Streptavidin Magnetic Beads are available as nanometer-sizedAccuNanoBead™(200/400 nm). All magnetic beads developed by BIONEER have a pure magnetite (iron(Ⅱ, Ⅱ) oxide, Fe3O4) core. Compared to other beads that use polymer cores, BIONEER’s magnetic beads have higher magnetic saturation, allowing them to be collected more quickly by a magnet. This enables faster separation and purification of target biomolecules. Additionally, BIONEER’s technology allows for more functional groups to be attached to the surface, increasing the efficiency of experiments by capturing more target biomolecules with the same volume as magnetic beads. Streptavidin forms a high-affinity complex with biotin. It can be used for immunoprecipitation, co-immunoprecipitation, in-vitro diagnostic assay, magnetic bead cell sorting, and rapid single-step capture after biotinylating. Using theMagListo™ Magnetic Separation Rack(TM-1000, TM-1010, TM-1011, TM-1020, TM-1030) or other magnetic separation racks, biomolecules attached to the beads can be easily purified by magnetic force.
