Seed-DIRECT PCR Kit
Seed-Direct PCR Kit contains all the reagents needed for the quick preparation of genomic DNA from plant seeds and PCR amplification with the prepared seed DNA samples. Any plant seeds can be used, such as seeds from Arabidopsis, carrot, corn, cucumber, pepper, soybean, turnip, wheat, or any other seeds as long as PCR primers are correctly designed. No complicated DNA purification steps are needed. The PCR product can be directly loaded onto an agarose gel without the addition of loading dye for visualization of the experimental results.
