SDS-PAGE loading buffer
Native SDS-PAGE loading buffer is suitable for electrophoresis of conventional non-denatured PAGE protein samples as it does not contain SDS and DTT or beta-mercaptoethanol.
The Loading buffer is supplied in 4x concentrate and should be diluted prior to use in electrophoresis.
