Detect Coronavirus 229E RT-qPCR kit uses qualitative fluorescence PCR method for in-vitro detection.
The kit is supplied with reaction mix containing specific primers & fluorescent probes along with reaction enzyme & dNTPs; reverse transcriptase; positive & negative controls; and re-dissolved diluent. The kit is available in lyophilized format (stable at 25-30°C for 2 weeks).
