BOINEER’sProtein G Magnetic Beadsare coated with high-density protein G on the surface of Silica Magnetic Beads. Depending on the size, Protein G Magnetic Beads are available as nanometer-sizedAccuNanoBead™(400 nm). All magnetic beads developed by BIONEER have a pure magnetite (iron(Ⅱ, Ⅱ) oxide, Fe3O4) core. Compared to other beads that use polymer cores, BIONEER’s magnetic beads have higher magnetic saturation, allowing them to be collected more quickly by a magnet. This enables faster separation and purification of target biomolecules. Additionally, BIONEER’s technology allows for more functional groups to be attached to the surface, increasing the efficiency of experiments by capturing more target biomolecules with the same volume as magnetic beads. Protein G has a high affinity for subclasses of IgG from many species (including humans, mice, rats, guinea pigs, and pigs) and can be used for immunoprecipitation assays with these antibodies. Using theMagListo™ Magnetic Separation Rack(TM-1000, TM-1010, TM-1011, TM-1020, TM-1030) or other magnetic separation racks, biomolecules attached to the beads can be easily purified by magnetic force.
Features & Benefits
A high magnetic density of 80.8 emu/g derived from a pure magnetite(Fe3O4) core
Rapid magnetic capture within 5 seconds with a high magnetic density
A high binding capacity of target molecules because of highly dense functional groups and smaller size
Microplastics-free as no plastic cores like polystyrene
