Affinity purification of protein
Protein A/G affinity is a type of affinity chromatography that can be applied to antibodies.
Protein A/G 4FF (Fast Flow) is a highly cross-linked 4% agarose gel matrix that is used for immunoprecipitation (IP) and co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP) studies, as well as for antibody immobilization and other related research.
Protein A/G FF is a high-density orientation of Recombinant Protein A/G coupled to highly crosslinked agarose gel microspheres with higher antibody binding capacity and lower protein non-specific adsorption. The elution conditions are more uniform, and the antibody with a purity >90% can be isolated from the serum sample in one step .
