Principle
- Potato dextrose agar (for mushroom cultivation) is a modification of potato dextrose agar. It is composed of potato infusion, dextrose, and an excess amount of agar. It is used for the cultivation of mushrooms.
- Potato infusion, serve as the source of all essential nutrients such as amino acids, vitamins, other trace factors which are required for growth. Dextrose supplies carbon and energy sources.
