PAP EA50 staining Kit
Papanicolaou (PAP) method is commonly used for routine staining in cytology. Papanicolaou Stain was originally only used to detect vaginal epithelial estrogen levels and pathogens such as Candida and Trichomonas in the genital tract. Orange G6 is used in combination with EA36 or EA50 to dye the cytoplasm into bright green, blue, and pink colors. At present, most laboratories use finished dye solutions, so each dye solution should pay attention to its improved best conditions. The final cytoplasmic staining should be transparent and visible, and the nuclear chromatin should be easily distinguishable. The current improved Pap staining solution contains a variety of ions and has pleochroism staining performance. After staining, the cytoplasm is bright, and transparent, and the structure of the nuclear membrane, nucleolus, and chromatin is clear. The nuclear staining solution is mainly Harris hematoxylin staining solution, and the cytoplasmic staining solution is mainly EA36 staining solution and EA50 staining solution. Pap staining solution is used for cell shedding specimens, the nucleus is blue or black, and the cytoplasm of keratinized squamous cells is pink or orange.
Papanicolaou EA50 cytoplasmic staining solution uses EA50 staining solution, and nuclear staining uses a non-toxic modified hematoxylin staining solution. It is not only suitable for gynecological smear staining such as screening for cervical cancer and precancerous lesions, but also for pleural fluid, Staining of non-gynecological cell samples such as ascites and sputum.
