LnCRNA Sequencing
The long non-coding RNAs (IncRNAs) is a major component of the eukaryotic transcriptome, which is comprised of non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) with length greater than 200 nt. The non-coding RNAs include linc RNAs (Intergenic IncRNAs), intronic, anti-sense, sense, and bidirectional Inc RNAs. The Inc RNAs play important roles in multiple cellular functions through their regulation of gene transcription, post-transcriptional modifications, and epigenetics. ncRNA sequencing (Inc-RNA Seq) is a powerful NGS method to study the functional roles in those diverse processes and diseases.
