gDNA Libraries is a strong tool to produce a detailed library which contains representative copies of the genetic material of an individual organism. These are highly organism specific. Genomic libraries thus contains all the DNA sequences for expressed genes, exons & introns, promoter & terminator regions & intervening DNA sequences.
