Ficoll PLUS 1.090 is a ready-to-use, sterile density gradient media.
The medium constitutes a mixture of Ficoll 400 and sodium diatrizoate, adjusted to a density of 1.090g/ml. The medium facilitates high-yield isolation of higher-density cells with >80% recovery.
