Ficoll PLUS 1.077 is a ready-to-use, sterile density gradient media.
The medium constitutes a mixture of Ficoll 400 and sodium diatrizoate, adjusted to a density of 1.077g/ml. The medium facilitates high-yield isolation of human mononuclear cells with >80% recovery.
