Enhance DAB is a Chromogenic substrate, used for staining the cells & tissue sections with immunoperoxidase method (HRP labeling) for Western Blot, Southern Blot, Northern Blot, EMSA, in situ hybridization, etc. The HRP catalyzes the reaction of the substrate, producing a brown precipitate at the reaction site, and the immunoblotting can directly display the band on the membrane.
