DMEM [High Glucose] (with L-glutamine, Phenol red, Sodium Pyruvate; w/o HEPES)

DMEM (Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium) is a modified Basal Medium Eagle (BME). DMEM contains a higher concentration of amino acids and vitamins as well as additional supplementary components. It is a widely used basal medium for supporting the growth of many different mammalian cells including primary fibroblasts, neurons, glial cells, HUVECs, and smooth muscle cells.
