Coomassie Blue Staining/Destaining Kit uses Coomassie Brilliant Blue Staining and destaining method. It uses Coomassie Brilliant Blue G250 as the dye and can be used for protein electrophoresis gels such as SDS-PAGE or non-denaturing PAGE. Routine detection or staining and destaining of residual protein on PAGE gel after Western transfer.
