Alsever's solution - Cell Isolation Reagent
Alsever solution is an isotonic balanced salt solution for red blood cells; it is usually used as an anticoagulant or blood preservative for blood collection, preservation and transportation of blood containing red blood cells.
Components used for preparing Alsever's solution: sodium citrate (dihydrate) 8.0g/L, citric acid (monohydrate) 0.55g/L, glucose 20.5g/L, sodium chloride 4.2g/L.
