Overview
AHPND, EHP, IMN, WSD are caused by vibrio parahaemolyticus, Enterocytozoon hepatopenae, Infectious myonecrosis virus and white spot syndrome virus. Clinical signs of thesediseases include white spots on the epidermis or poor feeding, empty stomach, partial firmness, or white lesions on the muscles, resulting in death. These diseasesare causing huge economic losses in shrimp farming Vietnam, Malaysia and Thailand, as well as in several Asian countries, and designated by the World Organization Animal Health (WOAH).

Convenience
All necessary reactants for RT-qPCR such as RocketScript™ RTase, HotStart Taq DNA polymerase are included in a tube allowing the users to perform reaction simply by adding template template DNA/RNA, and DEPC-D.W.

Sensitivity
By using BIONEER’s PyroHotStart RT reaction and HotStart Taq DNA Polymerase that minimizes non-specific reactions and maximizes reaction efficiency, only the target gene can be effectively amplified even with a trace amount of template DNA/RNA.
