Antibody Diluent (Ordinary)

• This antibody diluent is suitable for the dilution of ordinary antibodies, can prevent the antibody titer from falling, and reduce the non-specific adsorption of antibodies.
• According to the recommended titer of the antibody (or personal optimization conditions), add an appropriate amount of antibody to the antibody diluent.
• For example, when the titer is 1:100, 10ul of antibody can be added to 1ml of antibody diluent, and it can be used after mixing thoroughly. The diluted antibody can be stored for a short time at 2-8°C, but the titer of the antibody will decrease over time.

Note: if the antibody needs to be recovered and reused, it is recommended to perform the antibody binding reaction at 2-8°C to slow down the decay rate of the antibody titer.
